Return Policy

Our terms regarding returns of products are subject to comply with statutory rights you have as a consumer, this includes the Competition and Consumer Act of 2010. 

Goods purchased from jaunepearls.com.au may be exchanged or returned for refund within 21 days of purchase date and must be returned within 30 days of being received.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before we accept them. All products must be returned in their original condition with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Any product with signs of wear and tear through use will not be accepted. Clients are responsible for shipping or handling charges to return any items.

Process time of returns: 7 to 10 days

  1. Condition of Returned Products: To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition they were received, including the original sales receipt, packaging, and certificate of authenticity.

  3. Requirement for Refund: Refunds will only be issued with the original sales receipt. In the absence of the receipt (e.g., if the item was a gift or the receipt was misplaced), only an exchange is

If the original payment method is unavailable (like an expired credit card), an alternative refund method will be arranged. Refunds will not include any local taxes, customs fees, or duties for international customers.
  5. Shipping Costs for Returns: Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returning the products. Jaune Pearls is not liable for any damage or loss of items during return transit

Purchases made on jaunepearls.com.au cannot be refunded through booking a consultation appointment with a certified pearl expert



An exchange may be made through contacting us about your exchange query or by booking an appointment with our certified pearl expert located in Brisbane, Australia.

If the new purchase is greater in value than the product to be exchanged, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged product is lower in value, you will receive a store credit for the difference.
